Therapy is an important investment in lasting emotional wellbeing. Clare is available for free, confidential consultations to explore your questions regarding therapy, and to help you assess how integrative art therapy and psychotherapy can help you or your loved one.
Payment Options
Greater Chicago Art Therapy, LLC is in-network with the following insurance plans:
Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
BCBS Blue Choice
In-network billing is completed by the practice, and is billed directly to the insurance provider.
Out-of-network reimbursement is available for other insurance providers. Clients are provided with all documentation required for out-of-network reimbursement.
Direct payment for therapy services available for clients who prefer to not bill insurance. Sessions are priced in alignment with in network third-party reimbursement rates, at $160.00 per hour for the initial assessment session, and $140.00 per hour for subsequent therapy appointments.
Sliding scale options are available based on client needs. Please feel free to request information regarding reduced fee sessions.
